What can restaurants and suppliers do to help meet this need? We’ll analyze the various motivations and trends that might be driving consumer behavior, profile who the typical low/no-alcohol consumer is, highlight several ways the beverage industry is responding, and look at how strong the trend may be.

For more than 2,500 years, the island of Sicily has been a significant center of wine production in the Mediterranean. From the slopes of Mount Etna to the coastal plains, Sicily produces a range of wines—from dry to sweet and everything in between—that prove to be both ancient and timeless…and consistently delicious! This session (the first of two) will focus on the wines produced in the eastern part of the island, including those of the Mount Etna, Faro, Noto, and Cerasuolo di Vittoria appellations.
