This online workshop will cover all aspects of the CSW, including what the test covers, how difficult the test is, what type of questions to expect, the resources available to students, and how long SWE recommends for study before sitting the exam.

New Grapes in Old Regions
This session will be presented by Jane A. Nickles, CSE, CWE
The wine world has seen a flurry of new grapes being approved for (limited) use in traditional wine regions. Well-publicized examples include Voltis in Champagne, Marselan in Bordeaux, and Erbamat in Franciacorta. Such grapes may offer benefits—such as disease resistance and climate versatility—not seen in the traditional grapes of a region. As such, this trend is sure to grow, expand, and continue! This webinar—led by Jane A. Nickles, SWE’s Director of Education—will discuss some of these new grapes in old regions with a focus on the flavors, features, and benefits thereof.
