Sensing Spirits: A Guide to the Sensory Evaluation and Perception of Distilled Spirits.

The modern world of spirits contains the greatest diversity of aromatics, flavors, and colors than ever before. From the brightness of Tequila to the smokiness of Scotch, it can be a lot for any palate to handle! Join Ben Coffelt as we walk through how to systematically evaluate spirits by using three case studies: Bourbon, Tequila, and Gin. We’ll go over how to review each spirit and what components we should expect to find and identify.
