The Society of Wine Educators extends its sincere thanks to everyone who joined us for our 47th Annual Conference, held July 9–10, 2026, at the Wine Spectator Wine Education Center at Napa Valley College.
Presented in collaboration with Napa Valley College and its Hospitality, Culinary & Tourism Management Department, this year’s conference embraced the theme “Building Bridges,” celebrating the connections that strengthen the wine community through education, collaboration, and shared experiences.
Over two inspiring days, attendees participated in 10 educational sessions led by outstanding speakers from around the world, explored exceptional wines from renowned regions and producers, and connected with fellow educators, industry professionals, students, and wine enthusiasts. From our opening plenary session to the Thursday evening walk-around tasting hosted by Women for WineSense, the conference demonstrated the value of bringing the wine education community together in person once again.
We are deeply grateful to our speakers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and attendees whose enthusiasm and support made this event possible.

As we look ahead, we are excited to begin planning SWE’s 50th Anniversary Conference in 2027. We hope you’ll join us as we celebrate five decades of advancing wine education.
